User responsibilities
- Connect only tools and workspaces the user is authorized to use.
- Review approvals before external or destructive actions.
- Report incorrect actions, suspected data leakage, or unsafe behavior immediately.
Launch blockers
Public claims, payments, third-party outreach, mail sending, domain mutations, and production customer data require final terms, privacy policy, abuse policy, support process, and incident response review.
