- Account identity for invited beta access, such as email and authentication metadata.
- Workspace content that users provide in chat, goals, files, and connected tool outputs.
- Tool connection state, scoped capability grants, receipts, approvals, and audit events.
- Usage, capacity, runtime health, and safety telemetry needed to operate the beta.
How the beta uses data
- To provide the Queen chat, workspace execution, receipts, rollback, and operator support.
- To protect user isolation, enforce plan limits, detect failures, and investigate incidents.
- To improve safe product patterns from aggregate telemetry without exposing private workspace content.
Review triggers
Legal must review before enabling public signup, payments, outbound email, domain changes, sensitive customer data processing, health/finance/legal workflows, or any training use of private content.
